Delivery Charges

• A flat rate of Rs 250/- is applied to all standard deliveries.

Product Availability• In the event of product unavailability, the Skin by Trillium team will

notify the customer promptly.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to

Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next

business day.

Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after

processing.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping conditions.

Order Cancellations

• The Skin by Trillium team reserves the right to cancel any order at our

discretion.

Gifts with Purchase

• Gifts with purchase cannot be claimed more than once for the same

address.
